How to access the site

You can visit the website anytime from your phone, tablet, or computer using the link above.

How to log in / create your account

​

1) Go to www.sagecreekhuntsville.org

​

2) Scroll down to the section “Residents of Sage Creek”. Click on Sign Up Instructions.

​

3) Here you will find the steps to complete your sign up. Also is a video available to assist in the process.

​

4) To begin the process, click on the Sign Up button at the bottom of the page.

​

3) Create your account using your email address and password of at least six characters.

​

4) After signing up, you will receive an email with a code to verify your email address. Use that code to continue the sign-up process. (If you don’t receive the verification email in your inbox, please check your junk mail folder).

​

5) You will then receive another email indicating that your resident access is Pending.

​

6) You will be notified of approval within 24 hours via email. You can click on the link within that email to direct you to the web site.  You can now login (using the email and password) to access Sage Creek resident-only areas and features.

​

7) You will receive approval within 24 hours via email and are then able to login for the first time, please take the time to complete the Resident Information. Access this page by clicking on your name (top right-hand corner) and then select Resident Information.

​

8) After completing the Resident Information, you can access the HOA information by clicking on your name and the drop-down menu options or go directly to the Resident Dashboard page.

​

9) Now that you have completed the sign-up process, the next time you access the site, you can select the sign-in link (located on the top right of the web site header) and access the Sage Creek community website.

(Each member of the household who wants to have access to the site should have their  individual access using their own email and password).
